As many people as possible should be able to enjoy the incredibly beautiful wilderness of the Wimbach Valley without leaving a damaging footprint. In this respect, we work hand in hand with the Berchtesgaden National Park and the rules of nature to ensure that this paradise remains. In the exercise of our work we insist on sustainability, waste avoidance, regionality and species-appropriate animal husbandry in the selection of raw materials. Also because of the own production of the electricity, the menu is designed to save resources. Packaging is avoided and foils are replaced by reusable containers. All these points fit the guidelines in the core zone of the Berchtesgaden National Park. Nature conservation is close to our hearts.
