Biosphere region Berchtesgadener Land
The Berchtesgadener Land biosphere region was internationally recognized by UNESCO as a biosphere reserve in 1990. It is therefore part of a global system of areas that exemplifies all types of landscape in the world, in this case a section of a natural and cultural landscape in the Alps.
LBV State Association for the Protection of Birds
We work together with competent partners to achieve as much as possible for Bavaria's nature. We would like to thank them for their support in carrying out important projects with which we preserve and develop animals, plants and habitats in Bavaria.
